The new Sako model 90 has a few upgrades from the previous Sako model 85 including a smoother action, faster lock time, 5 preset adjustable trigger, redesigned ejection port and duel plungers on the bolt. The rifle initially had some fliers out of each 5-shot group but settled in nicely with Sellier & Bellot 55gr SBT shooting a sub-moa 0.6″ group @ 100 yards. The finish and feel is a typical Sako, high quality and a pleasure to shoot.The model 90 comes in various calibres including 222, 223, 243, 6.5, 7mm08 & 308, and new versions being the Adventure, Bavarian, Hunter Stainless, Peak, Quest and the Varmint Laminated Stainless.
